How we work

A defined process, from consultation to handoff

Every project follows the same ten stages. You always know what has been agreed, what is being installed, and what happens next.

  1. 1

    Consultation

We meet your team, walk the building where possible, and document goals, constraints, and existing equipment.

  2. 2

    Design

We produce a system design covering network, displays, audio, cameras, and software so every part fits together.

  3. 3

    Quote

A clear, itemized quote for hardware, labour, and configuration with no hidden line items.

  4. 4

    Sourcing

We procure the specified equipment, confirming availability, warranty, and lead times before work begins.

  5. 5

    Installation

Mounting, cabling, racking, and physical installation carried out around your prayer and class schedule.

  6. 6

    Configuration

Devices, networks, servers, and software are configured, secured, labelled, and documented.

  7. 7

    Integration

Systems are connected to each other and to OpenMasjid Solutions so the whole stack behaves as one platform.

  8. 8

    Testing

We test each subsystem under real conditions, including peak Jumu'ah load, before sign-off.

  9. 9

    Training

Hands-on training for the volunteers and staff who will operate the system day to day.

  10. 10

    Handoff

You receive documentation, credentials, labelled diagrams, and a clear support path.

Start at step one

The consultation is free of obligation and shapes everything that follows.
